For several years I had been contemplating breast reduction surgery. It was a big step for me and one I wanted to be sure about. Finally last fall I spoke with my family Dr. about having the surgery done, and she recommended me to Dr. Van Wyck.

From my first consultation with Dr. Van Wyck to the pre-surgery appoint ment I was treated with warmth and understanding by him and his staff. From the beginning all my questions were answered clearly and I was told what to expect, from the OHIP application to the surgery itself. What could have been an anxious and uncertain experience became for me something that I felt not only comfortable with but also actually looking forward too.

The results of my surgery were fantastic! Overnight I felt like a new woman! The plastic surgery transformed my breasts so completely that I am proud of my appearance, looking forward to wearing a bathing suit and actually comfortable au naturel!

I first met Dr. Van Wyck at the age of 19. Although at that age I was very certain of my choice to have breast implants, I had certain apprehensions with respect to the procedure and finding the right doctor. After a consultation with Dr. Van Wyck, it was immediately apparent that I would trust him with my surgery. In addition to my breast implants, I have returned to Dr. Van Wyck for rhinoplasty, lip enhancements and Botox, all of which I am very pleased with.

The doctor and his staff are warm and caring, providing an inviting environment during a time that can be daunting. Having such invasive surgeries can be a scary experience but Dr. Van Wyck took the time to answer all of my questions and address any potential concerns that I had regarding the procedures. I am confident that I could not have found a more professional and experienced staff who, with their attention to detail, made the entire experience seamless.

My first consultation appointment for a face lift with Dr. Van Wyck was very pleasant. He immediately put me at ease and I liked him instantly. He asked me what my concerns were about my face and asked why I wanted to have the procedure done. After considering having a face lift for so long I had no trouble pointing out every line and wrinkle that I hated. Dr. Van Wyck thoughtfully assessed my request, suggested other alternatives if I was interested in a less invasive procedure, but I had my mind made up. I liked, however, that he provided me with all the options available.

On the day of the surgery, I was excited and not at all afraid. Van Wyck met me at the hospital and patted my hand, telling me that everything would be great. In fact, the actual surgery was a breeze. I woke up a little disoriented but felt no pain! Dr. Van Wyck came to see me in recovery and told me everything went beautifully. I went home to recover and didn’t even need any pain medication. I rested as suggested for three or four days and although my face was quite swollen and I didn’t feel like going out, I certainly was able to function.

I returned to see Dr. Van Wyck several times following the surgery for follow up. Both he and his team were professional, supportive, discreet and encouraging. I returned to work after three weeks and no one even knew I had a face lift… everyone just said I looked rested and I loved the results!

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Van Wyck and his team… you’ll be in excellent hands. (Since my face lift, I have also had my eyes done and I love them – no more tired eyes for me.)

I was asked if I may give my testimonial about the surgical procedure (breast augmentation) that I underwent with Dr. Lloyd Van Wyck. I was giving some thought as to what I would like to convey and the one recurring thought is… what God has not given you Dr. Van Wyck shall. If you want to turn heads and have traffic stopping looks, then I suggest you put your trust in Dr. Van Wyck. He and his pleasant staff make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk into the office.

You have Victoria, at reception, who always has a warm welcoming smile on her face and makes you feel special. Then there is Brenda, who is knowledgeable about the surgical procedures… informs you of your choices and gives her professional input when asked. There is also Linda, who does aesthetics – what can I say, very friendly and knowledgeable of what you need and will guide you if she thinks a procedure will not benefit you.

Dr. Van Wyck, he is as I have said before, the man to trust when you wish to undertake a delicate procedure. I trust him completely and I will be a returning customer. The moment he comes into the office he puts you at ease, answers all your questions, lists the pros and cons, talks about his experiences, when you come out of the consultation you are prepared to make an informed decision. When the day of the surgery came I was a pack of nerves, Dr. Van Wyck made me feel so comfortable and so peaceful, his self confidence and his words reassured me 100%. Post surgery, I was expecting bruising and swelling, but I had none of that. As I said before I will be a returning customer.

Dr. Van Wyck’s office epitomizes professionalism. When I first spoke with Victoria and then Brenda, I knew I was in the right office. They were so welcoming, reassuring and sensitive to the fact that this was a big step and an exciting adventure for me. They really set a positive tone, which immediately put me at ease.

The follow up appointment was the next day and again I was reassured by Victoria and Brenda that if I had any problems or questions to call immediately.

My experience was wonderful and I am delighted with the results.
